He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Michelle (Ryan Boisvert) and Elise (Jon Barton); his grandchildren, Bradon, Madison, Aubrey and Gianna; and his siblings, Jackie Awugah, Gisele Underkofler, Daniel Boutin, Norman Boutin and Roger Boutin.
