He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Blake and Sharon Vazquez (Leclair). He is survived by: his siblings, Greg Barnes of Concord and Jenn Giles (Tim) of Somersworth; and his nieces, Katrina Bergeron, Hayley Bergeron, Alice Barnes and Amber Barnes.
