He is survived by: his parent Margaret Reid; his children, Peggy Maylone, Gary Reid, Fred Reid and Daniel Reid, Jr.; his grandchildren, Eric Huey, Cassie Bowley, Jonathan Reid, Frederick Reid, Jr., Alaina Knightly, Gabrielle Knightly, Jadelyn Reid and Tyler Maylone; his great grandchildren, Kyland, Rylan and Ayden; and his brother Robert "Butch" Reid.
