He is survived by: his children, Richard "Mark" Bennett (Emma), Lael Smith (Mark), Susan Wible and Wendy Hofland; his grandchildren, Jessica Hong (Alvin), Jared Wible (Emily), Alexis Wible, Krystyn Bennett, Kara Hawks (Jeff), Brett Hofland, Zachary Hofland, Jacob Hofland, Katherine Smith-Kling (James), Jane Ferreira, Susan Smith and Casey Smith; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Bennett, Kodi Hawks, Riley Kling and Aurora Ferreira.
