She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Friedrich (Schiller) and Erich Friedrich; her son Glenn Benedix; her grandson Nicholas Benedix; her brother Alfred Friedrich (Beverly); and her sister-in-law Evelyn Howard (Edward).
She is survived by: her husband Harold Benedix (Bennie); her son Gary Benedix of Campton, NH; her daughter-in-law Ellie Monroe of Dracut, MA; her brother-in-law Raymond Benedix (Anne) of Lawrence, MA; her grandchildren, Matthew Benedix, Christine Patronick and Erich Benedix; and her great grandchildren, Kayleigh Benedix, Benjamin Patronick, Miles Patronick and Katherine Benedix. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
