He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George LeVasseur and Gertrude LeVasseur (Cantin); his spouse Gail M. Hastings; his children, Curtis LeVasseur (Megan) of Hinsdale and Aimee Desmarais (Jeremy) of Springfield, Mass; and his siblings, Robert LeVasseur of Etowah, N. C., Gaylen LeVasseur of Winchester and Evelyn Hale of Hinsdale. He was also cherished by four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
