He was predeceased by: his father William Collins. He is survived by: his mother Jill Collins (McDonald); his siblings, William (Anita Collins) of Chino Hills, CA and Casey (Sean Fitzpatrick) of Grovetown, GA; and his nephews, Aidan Fitzpatrick and Liam Collins. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and cousins.
