He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Amidon and Myrtle Amidon (Akley); and his siblings, Edwin (Jim), Francis Amidon (Bob), Florence Scribner, Leona Wilkinson, Viola Graves, Ernestine Amidon and Freida Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Regina M. Amidon of Bellows Falls, Deborah L. Phelps of Brattleboro, Wanda J. Chapman of Brattleboro and Reginald F. Amidon, Jr. of Brattleboro; and his sister Roberta Jenna of Guilford. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
