She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd and Claire; her husband Lyman; and her sister Beverly Laplante of Tennessee. She is survived by: her children, Brent Nicholas of Springfield and Holly Nicholas of Hinsdale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be made to Alzheimer's association in her memory.
