He was predeceased by: his former wife Rosalie J. Kelly (Libby); and his sisters, Alice M. Kelly and Constance Harris. He is survived by: his children, Vance M. Kelly of Haverhill, Patrick T. Kelly (Joanne Sayers) of Plaistow, NH, Daniel J. Kelly (Sheryl) of Plaistow, NH, Kristina M. Kelly (David Hoyt) of Plaistow, NH and Colleen S. Kelly of Washington, D. C.; his stepdaughter Jeanne (Alfred Zappala) of Haverhill; his grandchildren, Ashley Hoyt, Paige Martin, Meghan Psaledas, Scott Kelly, Patrick Kelly, Bridget Kelly, Logan Kelly and Austin Kelly; and his close friends, Thelma Lee and Nick Varasso of Georgia. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, one step-great-grandchild and his beloved cat, "Miss Kitty", and several nieces and nephews.
