He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Chapman (Fournier); his brother Theodore "Ted" Chapman; and his brother-in-law Normand P. Fournier. He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Wagner (Warren) of Haverhill, Judy Thorne (Billy) of Slidell and Terri Hersee (Kurt) of Litchfield, NH; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Picard, Michael Fournier, Joseph Fournier and James Fournier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a close group of friends co-workers.
