She is survived by: her son Christopher of Anacortes; her husband Fran Collins; her child Kelly Urie (Dale) of Concord; her grandchildren, Lauren Tarricone (Matt) and Collin Urie; her daughter-in-law Jenna Barto Collins; her grandchildren, Mallory, Lilly and Tristan Collins of Newport Beach, California.; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Collins and Joe Walsh.
