She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Effie Brown and Warren Earl Brown; her husband Carl Welch; her significant other Paul Williams; and her siblings, Ruth Gray, Rita Ryan and Daniel Brown.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Greene of Florida, Irene Heath of New Hampshire and William "Bill" Brown of New Hampshire. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ricker Funeral Home & Cremation Care of Woodsville (1 Birch St, Woodsville, NH 03785). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ladd Street Cemetery (88 Cemetery Rd, Haverhill, NH 03765).
