He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen A. Tracy and Dorothy Tracy (Gammons); his wife Shirley Ann Tracy (Borkowski); his son Caleb J. Tracy of St. Johnsbury; his grandson Hunter; his sister Linda Tracy of Connecticut; and his cousins, Jeralynn of Florida and Gail Dufresne of Florida. He was also cherished by nephews, nieces and cousins.
