He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Pushee and Olyph Pushee; and his brothers, Richard and Paul. He is survived by: his caregiver Amy Baker; and also, Tasha, Jared, Nancy, Ace, Emily Hatch and Billie-Jo Kimber.
