He is survived by: his significant other Polly Jo Crawford Stryker; his close friend Polly Stryker of Topsham, VT; his sons, Michael Heath of South Dartmouth, MA and Timothy Heath of Boston, MA; and his siblings, John Heath of Clifton Forge, VA, James Christy of Hamburg, AR and Sandra Campbell of Rumford, ME..
