He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John A. Saffo and Anna Saffo (Mica); his wife Stephanie Saffo (Piskura); his sons, Richard E. Saffo, Jr., John J. Saffo (Lara) and Steven P. Saffo (Kathy); his grandsons, Richard Saffo, III, Douglas Saffo, Arthur Saffo, Johnny Saffo, Jr., Erich Saffo and Curtis Saffo; his brother John A. Saffo (Ann) of Shelton, CT; his sisters-in-law, Betty Nickles, Frances Hadden of Benton, NH, Mary Hakey of Shelton, CT and Donna Saffo of Billings, MT; and his siblings, Marion A. Walker and Robert Saffo.
Memorial Contributions may be made to any dog shelter, as he loved all dogs with all his heart, especially his three Border Collies, Kip, Sonny and Flash.
