He is survived by: his parent Frankie Colice Lewis (Kelly); his spouse Linda Lewis (Rogers); his daughters, Katelyn Currier (Christian) of Bradford, MA and Monica Lewis (Patrick Greenlay) of Bradford, MA; his siblings, Kirk Lewis of Oregon and Peggy Lewis of Oregon; his grandchildren, Annabelle Lewis, Carter Greenlay and Grayson Michael; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Dupre and Fran Conley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
