It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maurice Chevalier (Haverhill, New Hampshire), who passed away at the age of 89, on April 29, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Chevalier and Marie Chevalier (Pelletier); his wife Lorraine Chevalier (Constantine); his grandson Ryan Sawyer; and his siblings, Simone Carignan, Cecile Mazza, Gerard Chevalier, Roland Chevalier, Raymond Chevalier and Robert Chevalier.

He is survived by: his children, Stephen T. Chevalier (Joanne) of Salem, NH, Sally A. Chevalier of Santa Cruz, CA and Jayne M. Wallner of Santa Cruz, CA; his sister Theresa Sturk of Haverhill; his grandchildren, Lauren Strob (Eric) of Salem, NH, Nicole Chevalier of Salem, NH, Angie Struzik (Jon) of Salem, NH, Matthew Wallner (Rachael) and Peter Wallner (Alexandra) of California; and his great grandchildren, Kelley, Katie, Boston, Bella Strob and Mila Struzik. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

“I worked with his wife Lorraine at Whittier vo-tech. So, I got to know Maurice through her. He was such a kind and gentle soul. He had a great laugh and it was always nice to be around him. I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to get to know him. Thoughts and prayers are with you in the passing of Maurice.”
