In loving memory of Joanne M. Torpey of Haverhill, New Hampshire, who departed this world on April 3, 2025 at the age of 99. Joanne leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. As we bid adieu to Joanne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Joanne has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodolphe Caron and Catherine Caron (O'Connor); and her husband Henry R. Torpey. She is survived by: her daughter Andrea L.; her son-in-law William R. Lohnes of Plaistow; her grandsons, H. Robert Torpey (Jeanne) of Concord, NH, William L. Torpey (Nancy) of Nashua, NH, Richard K. Torpey of Naples, FL and Mark S. Torpey (Emily) of San Diego, CA; and her sister-in-law Patricia Santapaola. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Anne's Church (26 Emerson Ave, Hampstead, NH 03841).
