She was predeceased by : her parents, William Cassady and Addie Cassady (Frost); her siblings, Durwood Cassady and Beulah Moulton; and her husband Earle Blake of Pike, NH.
She is survived by : her daughter Gloria Root (Bradley) of Haverhill; her granddaughter Angela Clifford (Roland) of North Haverhill; her great grandchildren, Zackary Mann (Samantha) of Haverhill and Elijah Clifford of North Haverhill; and her great great grandchild Nathan Mann of Haverhill.
