He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Chick and Ruth Chick (Marshall); his wife June Chick (Eastman); and his siblings, Mildred, Myrtle, Robert, Francis and Marshall.

He is survived by: his daughter Debra; his son-in-law Daniel Kissel of Plaistow; his grandsons, Zachary Adam Kissel (Wendy) and Jason Michael Kissel; and his great grandchild Cody Kissel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
