He is survived by: his wife Colleen Chase (Carle); his children, Denise Mae Fadden, Rhonda Lynn Chase and Randall G. Chase (Cristina); his grandchildren, LeeAnn Fournier, Thomas Fadden, Dayna Byers, Kayla Shankle, Emily Chase, Sarah Chase and Katie Chase; his great grandchildren, Cayden Kendall, Brantley Fadden, Blane Fadden, Paxton Reed Shankle and Penn Wilder Shankle; his brothers, Dale Chase (Claudette) and David Chase (Laurie); his sister-in-law Maureen; and his close friends, Doug Riggie, George Carbee and Max Robitzer.
