With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alton D. Sanford Jr. of Haverhill, New Hampshire, born in Claremont, New Hampshire, who passed away on April 15, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton D. Sanford and Joanna Sanford (Cusanelli); and his wife Gail M. Sanford (Fitzpatrick). He is survived by: his son Ian M. Sanford of Haverhill; his brother Rocco J. Tetreault of Texas; and his mother-in-law Katherine "Kay" Fitzpatrick of Plaistow. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN.
