It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alfred Garofalo (Haverhill, New Hampshire), born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Garofalo (Tennerella) and Salvatore Garofalo; and his daughter Sharon Garofalo (Fair). He is survived by: his grandchild Don't; his wife Kristi Garofalo (Strycker) of Woodsville, NH; his children, Anthony Garofalo (Ria) of Plaistow, NH., Lisa Krebs (Erik) of Longmont, CO, Kim Glaser (Adam) of Tualatin, OR and Nick Garofalo (Stephanie) of Atlanta, GA; and his sister Connie Baillargeon (Bill) of Salem, NH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He served St. Joseph's Church in Woodsville as a lector until the pandemic hit, and maintained the church's website until earlier this year.
