He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Kendall and Evelyn Kendall (Dickinson); and his sisters, Elizabeth and Carol. He is survived by: his former wife Karen Wilton of Windsor; his wife Jeannette Kendall; his brother Frederick Kendall (Janice); his children, Laura Kendall of Coarsegold, CA, Eleanor Udeh (Patrick) of Scarborough, ME, Sarah Kendall (Carl) of South Royalton, VT, Thomas Kendall of Cornish, NH and Heidi Beaulieu (Bernard) of Silver Spring, MD.; his great grandchildren, Sonya Campbell (Michael), Maureen King (Marc Feldman) and Glenn King (Anne Downey); and his caregivers, Dick and Jeannette. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
