He was predeceased by: his parent Charles F. McHugh. He is survived by: his spouse Joan E. McHugh; his parent Agnes Fay (Murphy); his sons, Charles (Maria Stella) of Grantham, NH and Mark of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Liana, Nicholas, Caitlin, Ian and Sydney.
