He is survived by: his wife Roberta Bell; his children, Richard B. Bell (Jodi McNamara), Russell M. Bell (Laura) and Karen Bell Kinnaly (Edward); his grandsons, Russell Carl Doucet and Miles Truman Doucet; his siblings, Barbara Bellville, Stuart Bell (Terry Grogan), Norman Bell (Judith) and George Bell (Jackie); and his brother-in-law Richard Ricci. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
