He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis McLaughlin and Eleanor McLaughlin (Reich); and his children, William F. McLaughlin and Jennifer Corbin Downer. He is survived by: his wife Nora McLaughlin (Kimball); his son Michael McLaughlin of Portland, ME; his grandchildren, Madeline and Andrew Downer; his sister Susan Dolan; his son-in-law Mike Downer; and his sisters-in-law, Melissa and Jessica Kimball.
