She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bailey and Agnes Bailey (Gilmour); and her children, Jane, James and Carol.
She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine Armstrong and Charles Bailey of Vermont; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Caisse (Olson), Kirsten Olson and James Olson.
In lieu of flowers, Mildred's family requests that donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, or a charity of individual choice.
