H; his children, Mary Meade Sampson (Steve) of Ashburn, VA, David Jr (Tracy) of Falls Church, VA and Ted (Brittany) of Annapolis, MD.; his brother Richard of Stockton; his cousin Frank Lyman (Sandy) of Bridgewater; and his former wife Frances Meade.
