He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anthony Sangenario and Chlorinda Sangenario (D'Amico). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie M. Sangenario (Fleet); his children, John Sangenario (Susan) of Virginia Beach, VA, Steven Sangenario (Felicity) of Brooklyn, NY, Gary Sangenario (Susan) of Worcester, MA, David Sangenario (Denise) of Vernon, CT and Melissa Johnson (Kevin) of Stow, MA; and also Elizabeth C. Sangenario (Bobeck). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two step grandchildren, and two step great-grandchildren.
