She was predeceased by: her parent Alfred J. Veilleux; and her son Matthew. She is survived by: her parent Gladys Veilleux (Michaud); her husband George P.; her son Scott (Michelle); her grandchildren, Aidan and Madeline of Sudbury, MA; and her brother Larry Veilleux of Somersworth.
In lieu of flowers, it was Carol's wish that donations be made to the Matthew C. Downer Memorial Scholarship Fund C/O Winnacunnet Dollars for Scholars, PO Box 1953, North Hampton, NH 03862.
