He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley Page. He is survived by: his parent Pearl Page (Faulkner); his spouse Joan Streeter; his children, Thomas (Elisa) of Whitehall, James (Donna) of Fairdealing and Ellen Pond (Neal) of Hampton Falls; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Stuart, Jonathan, Gregory, Benjamin and Emily.
