He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sebastian and Barbara Sebastian (Hartwell); his brothers, David and Scott; and his nephew Thom.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. Sebastian (Graham); his children, Michelle Johnson (Doug) of Pepperell, MA, Adam (Alyssa Sebastian), Stephen Sebastian (Erin Johnson) of Pepperell, MA and David (Jessica Sebastian); and his grandchildren, Jack, Natalie, Anthony, Quinn, Julian and Charlotte.
