She was predeceased by: her parents, Armand Cote and Elizabeth Cote (Miller); and her daughter Elaine Rogers. She is survived by: her grandchild Meals; her husband Arthur K. Watkins Jr.; her daughters, Lois Kramer of Somersworth and Wendy Bailey (Bradley Jr.) of Hampton Falls; and her siblings, William Cote (Sylvia) of Kensington and Sandra Rodriguez of Plaistow.
