He was predeceased by: his father Frank; and his wife Eleanor Jacobsen. He is survived by: his sons, Connor, Cameron, Chase and Joshua; his siblings, Frank Jacobsen (Mary) and Carol Cox; and also, David Sheehan (Amy), Joel, Robert and Jim (Katie). He is also survived by her four children and 10 great nieces and nephews.
