She was predeceased by: her brother William Daly; and her parents, William Daly and Rita Daly. She is survived by: her children, Robert Sharpe Jr (Jessica Sharpe) of Windham, NH and Allyson Spanks (Jay Spanks) of North Andover, MA; her grandchildren, Julia Sharpe, Bobby Sharpe, Isaiah Spanks and Gabriel Spanks; and her siblings, Maureen Creeley (William Creeley) of Salem, NH, Ann Marie Martin (Jim Martin) of Dracut, MA and Jimmy Daly (Alana Daly) of Kingston, NH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either organization in Kathie's name.
