He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Devoe and Irene Devoe (Gravel); his sons, Michael Davis of Florida, Ralph Devoe of Florida, Jason Devoe of Florida, Clifford Spinney of Lawrence, Kenneth Spinney of Lawrence, Jeremy Devoe of Hampstead and Dennis Devoe; his siblings, Thomas Devoe of North Carolina, Brian Devoe of Hampstead and Sandra Pope of Vermont; his son Joseph Spinney; and his sister Denise Marion. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
