Nelson Lucien Fontaine Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelson Lucien Fontaine (Groveton, New Hampshire), born in Lyndonville, Vermont, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fontaine and Mary Fontaine (Gagne); his son Luke Fontaine; his son-in-law William Berry; and his siblings, Roland, Lionel, Leonard and Doris Woodward.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fontaine (Doyle) of Groveton; and his children, Lisa Marshall (Gregg), Lorie Bailey (Rod Swift), Lynn Berry (Cedar Ronish) of Guildhall, VT and Mark Fontaine (Crystal). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
