He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice A. Costa, Sr. and Alice Costa (Botelho); and his son Timothy J. Crompton. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Costa of Bay Minette, AL; his sons, Gerald "Jerry" Crompton, Jerilyn Vieira of Groveton, NH and David Crompton (Sherrie) of Stonington; his grandchildren, Michael, Jordan, Jay, Samantha, Ian and Eva; and his niece Kelly Zayas (Costa). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
