She was predeceased by: her parents, Raemon Gibbs and Freda Gibbs (Tatro); her husband James M. Herbert; and her daughter Diane Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Gardner of Richmond and James D. Herbert of Claymont, Delaware. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
