With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Hersey of Groveton, New Hampshire, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hersey and Marion Hersey (Spinney); his wife Leslie Hersey; and his siblings, David, Kenneth Hersey, Jo-Ann Mallett and Beverly Melanson.
He is survived by: his son Steven Hersey of Lynn, MA; his stepson Derek Palomo of Newcastle, CA; his siblings, Frederick Hersey, Doris, Sandra Hersey and Charlotte Hersey Jackson; and his grandchildren, Steven Jr. and Skyla Hersey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
