He is survived by: his children, Harry Lee Rice, Jr. (Deborah) of Groveton, Harold Rice (Janet) of Nashua, Carla Gadwah (Arthur) of Colebrook, Theodore Hamlin of Burgaw, NC, Janet Savage (Chet) of Lancaster and James Hamlin (Lynn) of Merrimack; and his siblings, Paul Rice of Hampton and Harriette Levette of Dover. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
