He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Hallisey and Anna Hallisey (Ferguson); his wife Rita Hallisey (Montminy); and his brothers, Richard R. Hallisey, Paul E. Hallisey, Philip J. Hallisey and Steven P. Hallisey. He was also cherished by two nieces and two nephews.
