He was predeceased by: his parents, Leighton Thompson and Edna Thompson (Fontaine); his wife Ramona Thompson (Willette); and his siblings, Almena, Rodney, Robert, Emma, Joanne and Francis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa and Susan; his stepchildren, Cathy, Rusty and Billy; his siblings, Mary Webber and Skip Thompson; and his close friend Marie MacDonald.
