He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Slack; his children, Brigitta Thelemen (David) of North Carolina, Heidi Spry (Stan) of Nevada and Travis Fielek (Jennifer) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Mary Hannah, Sarah and James; his brother Edward Fielek of Ohio; and his nieces, Lisa, Patricia and Christine.
