He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Bergmann and Dorothy Bergmann (Henn); his wife Ruth; his children, William H. Bergmann (Lara), Robert Bergmann (Sylvia), Benjamin Bergmann (Amy), Edward Glidden and Shannon Glidden (Aaron Fontaine); his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Pat Bergmann; his brother Fred; his sister-in-law Rosalie Bergmann; and his close friends, Dave and Joy Boothby. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
