She was predeceased by: her spouse Carroll B. Sleeper; her parent Albert M. Coffey; and her sibling Albert M. Coffey Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Coffey (O'Brien); her daughter Janet E. S. Dyson of Greenfield, NH; her grandchild Julie Dyson Forbes; and her siblings, John Coffey, Joseph Coffey, Margaret Jepsen, Eileen Dunbrack, David Coffey and Peter Coffey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
