She was predeceased by: her parents, George O'Haire and Marjorie Burbank; her siblings, Robert Burbank and Gertrude Duval Marsh; her daughter-in-law Nancy Lou Burbank; and her granddaughter Wendy Cozzens.
She is survived by: her friend David Cassidy; her nephews, Robert Duval and Richard Burbank; her husband Randall Burt; her daughter Robin J. Boutin; her nephew Stephen A. Burbank; her grandchildren, Heidi Burbank, Nicholas Boutin and Brent Burbank; and her great grandchildren, Addison Cozzens, Isabella Cozzens, Adam Burbank, David Burbank, Ayla Burbank, Tyler Burbank and Sunny Boutin. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
